Akiş REIT Awarded as the “Highest Rated Real Estate Investment Trust in Corporate Governance” at the 19th GYODER Summit.

Akiş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (Akiş GYO (IS:AKSGY)), one of the strategic business areas of Akkök Holding, has once again strengthened its prominent position in the sector with a new award, highlighting its commitment to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) Corporate Governance Principles.

Operating with principles of sustainability, equality, and transparency in corporate governance, Akiş GYO reinforced its strong position in the industry by scoring 9.64 points in an assessment conducted in November 2023 by Saha Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc.

This achievement was honored with the "Highest Corporate Governance Rating Among REITs" award during the GYODER Real Estate Awards Ceremony held as part of the 19th Real Estate Summit, attended by CMB Chairman İbrahim Ömer Gönül. The award was presented to Levent Çanakçılı, a member of the Akiş GYO Board of Directors and General Manager.
