Yapı Kredi Bankası to Sell 1.74 Billion TL in Non-Performing Loans for 421.1 Million TL

Foreks - Yapı Kredi (IS:YKBNK) Bank has decided to sell its overdue receivables amounting to 1.74 billion TL for a total price of 421.1 million TL. In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by the bank, the following information was provided: "With the decision of our Board of Directors dated November 13, 2024, it has been resolved that the overdue receivables amounting to a total of 1,736,310,594.38 TL as of September 30, 2024, will be sold to Denge Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., Emir Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., EPS Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. (IS:GLCVY), GSD Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., Ortak Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., Pozitif Varlık Yönetim A.Ş., and Sümer Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. for a total of 421,100,000.00 TL."
