Lufthansa Plans to Reduce Executive Staffing by 20%

According to a report, the German flagship carrier Lufthansa plans to gradually reduce its management workforce by 20%. The report states that the layoffs, carried out through fluctuations and automation, will affect 400 positions. It referenced an internal projection warning of an operating loss of 800 million euros in 2026 if the airline continues its poor performance.
