Environmental Impact Assessment Process Begins for the Planned Palandöken Holiday Inn Hotel by Reysaş GYO

The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process has begun for the Palandöken Holiday Inn Hotel planned by Reysaş Real Estate Investment Trust (IS:RYGYO). In a statement on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permission, and Supervision, the following information was provided: "The project for a 108-room capacity hotel (Palandöken Holiday Inn Hotel) planned by Reysaş Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. located in Solakzade Neighborhood, Hanımlar Kehriz area, Plot No. 3 of Parcel No. 12579 in the Palandöken district of ERZURUM has been reviewed according to Article 16 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulation, and the EIA Process for the project has commenced."
