Tera Group Becomes Major Shareholder by Acquiring 60% Stake in Barikat Group

The collaboration agreement between Barikat and Tera Group is considered a significant step to enhance Turkey's competitiveness in the field of cybersecurity. During a press conference held in Istanbul, the two companies shared the details of the strategic partnership with the media. Announced on August 16 on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the partnership agreement holds great importance for both the sector and investment circles, and under this agreement, Tera Holding aims to increase its growth potential by adding Barikat's 60% stake through Tera Venture Capital Investment Trust and Tech Invest Technology Venture Capital Investment Fund.

Additionally, this partnership will provide the necessary resources and power to rapidly achieve strategic goals, allowing companies to offer innovative solutions to wider audiences in today's environment where digital security is increasingly important.
