Tera Group Becomes Major Shareholder by Acquiring 60% Stake in Barikat Group

Announced on August 16 on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the partnership agreement holds great importance for both the sector and investment circles, and under this agreement, Tera Holding aims to increase its growth potential by adding Barikat's 60% stake through Tera Venture Capital Investment Trust and Tech Invest Technology Venture Capital Investment Fund.
