Energy Company on BIST Stands Out This Week with New Business Deals
Cw Enerji announced that it has signed an important business agreement with sales points across Turkey. According to the announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), this agreement will last throughout the 2025 operating period and involves a total product sale of 250 million TL, excluding VAT. The contract covers all products in the company's portfolio. Deliveries are planned to be completed by the end of 2025, and the specific conditions for payments and deliveries will be determined separately for each purchase.
Cw Enerji also made headlines with a second major agreement established with sales points nationwide, with a value of 270 million TL excluding VAT, which will be valid until the end of 2025. This framework includes product sales covering all items in the company's sales portfolio, and deliveries will be carried out progressively as planned. The payment and delivery conditions set forth in the agreement will be determined flexibly according to each purchase section.
Additionally, the company announced one of its largest contracts at the beginning of the week, involving a business agreement worth 1.077 billion TL excluding VAT with 16 different sales points. This substantial agreement represents an important step in product sales and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Product deliveries will be made in parts, with the payment and conditions for each part established separately.
Thus, Cw Enerji stood out this week with a total of three different sales contracts amounting to 1.597 billion TL.
Regarding the CWENE stock, it has also gained significant momentum on Borsa Istanbul. After a recovery process over the last month, the share found support at 153 TL, the lowest level in the last 1.5 years, on October 15.
During this period, CWENE achieved a 37% increase in value; however, it has continued a general downward trend over the past year. The recent positive price movements over the last month are closely monitored as a significant step towards recovery.
