CW Energy Signs Framework Agreement for Product Sales Worth 250 Million TL

Foreks - CW Enerji signed a framework agreement for product sales amounting to 250 million TL with a total of 6 sales points.

In the announcement made to KAP, it was stated: "Our company has signed a framework agreement for product sales amounting to a total of 250,000,000.00 TL (Two Hundred Fifty Million Turkish Lira), excluding VAT, for the purchase of products through negotiations carried out with our 6 sales points across Turkey during the 2025 operational period. The specific terms and conditions regarding payment and delivery for product sales will be determined separately for each purchase segment, and the Agreement covers all products offered for sale at the sales points from our product portfolio. The delivery of the products is planned to be completed in parts by the end of 2025."
