Investment Incentive Certificate for Proen Renewable Energy

In a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Yeni Gimat Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. (YGGYO), it was announced:

"Our subsidiary, Proen Yenilenebilir Enerji A.Ş, which is 100% owned by our company, has communicated to us that financing has been secured for the Toprakkale Solar Power Plants (GES) - GES-1 and GES-2, which are currently under construction in the Eleşkirt district of Ağrı, with a total installed capacity of 31.492 Mwp DC. This financing, amounting to 16,500,000 euros with a 4-year maturity and 8 equal principal payments, has been provided through Türkiye Sınai ve Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş (TSKB (IS:TSKB)) for environmentally friendly investments, sourced from the World Bank-International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD). Additionally, for the investment activities of our GES-1 and GES-2 projects, the Ministry of Industry and Technology has issued 2 investment incentive certificates on behalf of our subsidiary, with a total investment incentive amount of 623,311,817 TL being provided under these certificates."
