TANKER REPORT - 35 Tankers in Black Sea Ports
In the Black Sea ports, there are a total of 35 tankers, which serve as the first leg for oil arriving in the region to reach the world via the Istanbul and Dardanelles Straits. According to a report prepared by Tribeca Shipping Services and shared via email, 21 of the tankers are aframax, 12 are suezmax, and 2 are panamax type. Considering the tankers that have not yet docked at the ports, the total number of tankers in the Black Sea is reported to be 45. The ports in Russia, where tankers are docking in the Black Sea, include Novorossiysk, Taman, Kavkaz, Tuapse, and Supsa in Georgia. Of these, 28 tankers have docked in Novorossiysk, 4 in Taman, and 3 in Kavkaz. There are no tankers in Supsa and Tuapse.
