VBT Software Becomes the Authorized Distributor for BMC Software in Turkey

VBT Software (VBTYZ) has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with BMC Software, a U.S.-based software giant with an annual revenue of $2.5 billion, for the Turkish market. As part of a partnership that has lasted for 25 years, VBT established its subsidiary, Disnet Technology A.Ş. This new distribution agreement will be valid from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2029.

In addition, a supplementary contract with BMC Software includes sales and revenue rights for a five-year period. This strategic investment will be financed through a loan from a private bank. 20% of the total investment will be covered by VBT's equity, and credit and collateral agreements have been signed between the private bank, VBT Software, and Disnet for the required loan.

Growth target in international markets The agreement is expected to generate $50 million in revenue for VBT Software over a five-year period. This development will contribute to the company's growth and help expand its market share in the technology sector in Turkey. Additionally, VBT's international presence has been extended to cover 30 countries in Europe and the United States with the broadened sales authority granted by BMC.

This new structure aims to significantly contribute to VBT's transformation into a leading technology company in the international market. The company intends to reach a broader customer base both domestically and internationally.
