Yiğit Akü to Form Strategic Partnership with Ganfeng LiEnergy

Foreks - Yiğit Akü (IS:YIGIT) will establish a long-term strategic partnership for close collaboration with Ganfeng LiEnergy to expand the lithium market.

In the announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated: "On August 16, 2024, a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement was signed between our Company and Ganfeng LiEnergy, and it was announced on our Company's KAP page on the same date.

It has now been decided to establish a long-term strategic partnership for close collaboration in expanding the lithium market as of November 27, 2024, between our Company and Ganfeng LiEnergy.

This partnership is planned to focus on the production of ion-related products, including battery cells, modules, packs, energy storage systems, battery management systems, energy management systems, and recycling.

Through this collaboration, it is aimed to obtain complementary advantages by combining the strengths of Ganfeng LiEnergy's industrial chain and ecological resources with our Company’s expertise and international reach, as well as expanding cooperation within Turkey and globally."
