The deadline for final bids in the Çayırhan Thermal Power Plant tender has been extended to March 4, 2025.

The Privatization Administration has extended the deadline for submitting final bids in the privatization tender for the Çayırhan Thermal Power Plant and the coal supply mining sites associated with the plant to March 4, 2025.

In a statement, it was noted that the announcement for the privatization of the Çayırhan Thermal Power Plant and the coal supply mining sites was published in the Official Gazette dated September 17, 2024, and that the initial deadline for submitting bids was set for December 4.

The statement emphasized, "Our Administration is committed to conducting this privatization process in an effective, efficient, transparent, and legal manner."

Considering the matters brought to public attention, the Administration indicated that it had decided to extend the final bid submission deadline to March 4, 2025, at 18:00, in order to reassess the areas involved in the tender and to review the employees' requests.
