Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) fell by 6% after its second-quarter results came in below both revenue and profit forecasts. The second-quarter Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS) revenue reached $2.4 billion, representing a 52% increase in both U.S. dollars and constant currency.
MongoDB (NASDAQ:MDB) rose by 10% after easily surpassing consensus estimates for its third-quarter results and raising its annual guidance. Subscription revenue increased by 22% year-over-year to $512.2 million, while service revenue grew by 18% year-over-year to $17.2 million.
Toll Brothers (NYSE:TOL) declined by 2% despite a strong fourth quarter, as its gross margin guidance fell short of estimates. Toll Brothers anticipates an adjusted gross margin for home sales of 26.25% for the first quarter, slightly below the consensus estimate of 27.3%.
C3 AI (AI) surged by 15% after its second-quarter results and guidance exceeded consensus forecasts. Total revenue for the quarter was $94.3 million, a 29% increase compared to $73.2 million in the same period last year.
Braze, Inc. (NASDAQ:BRZE) decreased by 6% despite beating forecasts and raising its guidance.
Fluence Energy (FLNC) dropped by 10% after announcing its intent to issue $300 million in total principal amount of convertible senior notes due in 2030 as part of a private offering.
Eli Lilly (NYSE:LLY) gained 0.8% after its board approved a new $15 billion share repurchase program. Additionally, the board announced a 15% increase in its quarterly dividend for the seventh consecutive year, declaring a dividend of $1.50 per share for the first quarter of 2025.
