The rise continues at Borsa Istanbul: Which stocks gained the most today?

The BIST 100 index continued its positive trend today, rising nearly 1.5% to 10,744 points during the first half of the day. After experiencing some selling pressure, the index found support at 10,650 points and is currently fluctuating around the 10,700 mark with a value increase of about 1% in the last hour. Meanwhile, the index outside of BIST 100 performed better, showing a rise of 1.6% as the day progressed.

The sectors that attracted the most demand on Borsa Istanbul today included insurance, construction, and trade, with no sectors remaining in the negative by closing time. The top five gaining stocks in the BIST 100 were SOKM, LIDER, TURSG, BTCIM, and MAGEN, while the top five losers included SİSE, VAKBN, TOASO, TSKB, and ASTOR. DAGI, ESEN, and CMENT were among the top gainers overall, while GEDZA, YGYO, and ADEL faced the most losses. In the foreign exchange market, the dollar/TL rose by 0.5% to 36.61, and gold was trading at 3,476 TL, reflecting a 0.70% increase.
