Continuous trading on Borsa Istanbul will resume at 11:57.

Following a 7% decline in the stock market, the second circuit breaker was activated, and continuous trading will resume at 11:57 AM. Borsa Istanbul announced that as of 11:27:14, the second level of the index-related circuit breaker was triggered, temporarily halting transactions across all trading queues in the equity market and contracts based on equities and equity indices in the Futures and Options Market (VIOP), as well as in the Debt Instruments Market (BAP) stock repo market.

In the equity market, stocks traded under the continuous trading method will collect single price orders at 11:47:14. Matching will occur at 11:52:14, and trading will continue from 11:57:14 onwards. For stocks traded under the single price method, orders will also be collected at 11:47:14, resuming normal session flow at 11:57:14. Transactions in warrants, certificates, mutual funds, and rights issues will continue from 11:57:14. Trading in VIOP contracts and the BAP Stock Repo Market will restart at 11:57:14.
