Apollo partners with BP in the TANAP natural gas pipeline project.

Foreks - Apollo Funds has invested $1 billion in BP Pipelines, which holds a 12% stake in the Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP), part of the Southern Gas Corridor (SGC) pipeline system.

This new agreement follows Apollo and BP's partnership in the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), the final segment of the SGC, set for 2024, further deepening Apollo's exposure to this world-class energy asset. The deal allows BP to maintain strategic management rights in the pipeline joint venture while unlocking capital and extracting value from the infrastructure.
