The company had just revealed the pricing of the offering a day prior, which included 4,444,445 common shares priced at $4.50 each. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $20 million before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses, not accounting for the likelihood of an additional allocation option. Additionally, RedCloud has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 666,666 additional common shares to address any potential over-allotments related to the offering. Roth Capital Partners and Clear Street LLC are serving as active book-running managers for the offering.
