Reeder Technology will launch a share buyback program.

Foreks - Reeder Teknoloji (IS:REEDR) will initiate a share buyback program for a maximum period of one year. The announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) stated:

"The Board of Directors convened on March 25, 2025, considering recent developments in our Capital Markets, to initiate a share buyback program for the company's shares traded on Borsa Istanbul. This decision aligns with the Capital Markets Board’s II-22.1 Regulation on Repurchased Shares and the principle decisions dated March 19, 2025, and March 23, 2025. The program aims to contribute to price formation and protect shareholders. The buyback period will last for a maximum of one year from the board's decision date, with a maximum share quantity of 95,000,000 and a designated fund amount of 1,425,000,000.00 TL sourced from the company's equity."
