Dell Technologies, an artificial intelligence server manufacturer, saw its workforce decrease by 10% in the fiscal year 2025.

In its annual report, the company stated that as of January 31, it had approximately 108,000 employees, down from around 120,000 the previous year. This reduction was part of ongoing measures to lower costs, which included limiting external hiring and restructuring its workforce.
