RENEWAL - Kaspi.kz is acquiring Rabobank.

Kaspi.kz, the majority shareholder of Hepsiburada, has taken a significant step to expand its investments in Turkey.

A share purchase agreement has been signed with the Rabobank Group for the acquisition of Rabobank A.Ş., Rabobank’s subsidiary in Turkey. All shares of Rabobank A.Ş., which has been operating in Turkey since 2014 and holds a full banking license, will transfer to Kaspi.kz upon meeting the customary closing conditions and receiving approvals from BDDK, the Competition Authority, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
