Europen Increases Installed Capacity in Solar Power Plants
Europen Endüstri İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (EUREN) continues to expand its capacity with investments in solar energy plants. Following the investment decision made on March 14, 2023, the company completed a new solar power plant with a capacity of 4.05 MW and commenced electricity production on October 19, 2024, after obtaining all necessary legal approvals. With this new plant, Europen's total installed capacity for solar power has increased from 14.6 MW to 18.65 MW. The company aims to cover nearly 50% of its factories' annual electricity consumption with solar energy through this investment, which cost a total of $2,390,916.

Etiler Gıda Expands Franchise Network
Between July 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024, Etiler Gıda (ETILR) signed a new franchise agreement abroad. During this period, no branches were closed, indicating a sustainable growth strategy. As of September 30, 2024, Etiler Gıda operated 46 active franchise branches, with 2 seasonally closed and one temporarily closed by management decision. The company has one active overseas franchise in China and three newly contracted franchise branches. Operationally, Etiler Gıda has three branches, a Manufacturing R&D Kitchen, and a Central Supply Depot.

Positive Performance from Global Ports Holding
Global Ports Holding Plc saw a 25% increase in the number of ships arriving at its ports in September 2024 compared to the same period last year. Passenger movements also exceeded September 2023 levels by 32%, with consolidated port occupancy reaching 113%.

Alfa Solar Romania Acquires Three Companies
Alfa Solar Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s (ALFAS) subsidiary, Alfa Solar Romania S.R.L, has made strategic moves in the energy sector by acquiring three companies aimed at solar energy production and sales. BST Energy Prod Distrib, Valea Campului Green Energy, and Elcomprod Green Energy were acquired for €490,000, €308,000, and €351,000, respectively. Solar plants with capacities of 3460, 2675, and 3103 kWp are planned under these acquisitions, with a total investment cost of approximately €5,252,000. The goal is to complete these investments and commence electricity production in the near future.

ICU Venture Capital Invests in Samsun
ICU Venture Capital Investment Trust’s (ICUGS) subsidiary, ISM Medical Investments, has embarked on a new investment project in Samsun Havza Organized Industrial Zone. This investment, covering 20,000 square meters, will serve as a research, design, and testing center for microprocessors. The initial project investment is set at $30 million and will benefit from Turkey's 5th region incentives. A strategic partnership with an Asia-based partner is also aimed to accelerate entry into the European market.

Konfrut GAP Activates Şanlıurfa Facility
Konfrut Gıda's (KNFRT) subsidiary, Konfrut GAP, has completed an expansion investment at its Şanlıurfa facility, as announced on August 27, 2024. This investment has increased the facility’s annual pomegranate processing capacity to 50,000 tons, with plans to procure 10,000 tons for the 2024 pomegranate season. The facility aims to reach full capacity within three years, enhancing Konfrut Gıda's production capacity and market competitiveness.

Özata Denizcilik Completes Repair and Maintenance Delivery
Özata Denizcilik (OZATD) successfully completed a ship repair and maintenance contract signed on September 9, 2024. The agreement with an overseas firm, initially valued at $3,300,000, concluded at $3,400,000 based on customer requirements. This delivery contributed approximately 5.03% to Özata Denizcilik's annual revenue, demonstrating successful service provision in ship maintenance.

Shares Subject to Measures under VBTS
The Capital Markets Board has imposed measures on DNISI and MRSHL shares under the Volatility Based Measures System (VBTS). These shares will not be subject to margin trading between October 22, 2024, and November 21, 2024.
