Kamil Kalyon, Turkcell's Deputy General Manager of Finance, emphasized the strong interest from overseas investors and stated that this financing will greatly contribute to Turkey's digital transformation. With this credit, the first tranche of a 10-year agreement valued at 300 million euros with the China Development Bank, Turkcell will acquire new generation infrastructure products. It is highlighted as one of the most cost-effective financing options recently announced in the sector under current market conditions.

Jia Chenliang, Deputy General Manager of the Shenzhen Branch of the China Development Bank, stated that the agreement will expand cooperation between the two countries in technology, trade, and economic development.
