Dynamic Leadership: Workspace Group Appoints Lawrence Hutchings as New CEO

LONDON - Workspace Group PLC, a leading flexible workspace provider in London, has appointed Lawrence Hutchings as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective from November 18, 2024. This appointment follows a previous announcement made on May 8, 2024, as part of a planned leadership transition. Hutchings will also join the company's Board of Directors.

The outgoing CEO, Graham Clemett, will remain with Workspace until January 31, 2025, to ensure a seamless transition of responsibilities. Clemett will step down from the Board following the conclusion of his notice period.

Workspace has disclosed the details of Hutchings' remuneration package in the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts. Similarly, Clemett’s salary, pension contributions, and benefits will be maintained in accordance with his contract until the end of the notice period. Further details regarding Clemett’s retirement compensation will be provided under section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006.

This leadership change is part of Workspace's efforts to maintain its leading position in providing sustainable and flexible office solutions in the capital. The company has not announced any additional strategic changes or future plans concerning Hutchings' appointment.
