The announcement stated: "Following discussions initiated in April 2022 between our company and Anheuser Busch InBev SA/NV ("AB InBev"), the parties have agreed on new terms concerning Efes Breweries International B.V.'s acquisition of AB InBev's non-controlling interests in AB InBev Efes B.V. Under the new agreement, Anadolu Efes will acquire AB InBev's share in its Russian operations, while AB InBev will acquire Anadolu Efes' share in its Ukrainian operations. As previously stated, the completion of the agreement is subject to certain conditions and requires approvals from all relevant authorities."
