Title: BIST 100 Kicks Off with Gains: Which Stocks Stood Out at Opening?
The BIST 100 index started the day with a 0.74% increase, opening at 8,779.05 points.
In early trading, the BIST 100 maintained its upward momentum, reaching near a 1.5% rise to around 8,830 points. Yesterday, the index closed at 8,714.69 points, having fallen by 1.4%. The trading volume for BIST 100 yesterday was 83.7 billion TL, accounting for 78.66% of the total volume.
As the Istanbul Stock Exchange opened on a positive note, the most significant gains were seen in the electricity, trade, and SME sectors. No sectors opened in the negative, but technology, sports, and food were the least demanded sectors at the opening. The top five stocks showing the most significant increase in value among the BIST 100 at the start of the day were:

Across the Istanbul Stock Exchange, MAKIM, ANGEN, and RTALB shares began the day at ceiling prices, making them the top gainers. Meanwhile, EUHOL, MARKA, and BRMEN shares saw the biggest declines at the opening.
In the domestic foreign exchange market, the USD/TRY rate remains stable at 34.26. The EUR/TRY is trading with a slight increase at the 37 TL mark, while gold per gram is at 3,012 TL with a 0.65% rise in the early hours.
In international markets, Asian indices are preparing to close the day in the negative, though Japan's Nikkei index somewhat diverges positively. European indices started the day on a bullish note. In contrast, U.S. indices recorded around 1% declines yesterday, though futures were trading positively in the morning hours.
