Tosyalı Acquires Baştuğ Metallurgy

Foreks - Tosyalı Metalurji has signed an agreement to acquire Baştuğ Metalurji, which operates in Osmaniye and Hatay with an annual long steel capacity of 2 million tons. According to a report by Burak Karagöz, this acquisition will increase Tosyalı Group's liquid steel production capacity from 6 million to 8 million tons annually.
