US Secretary of State Blinken is coming to Turkey
US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will visit Turkey on February 19. In a statement released by the US State Department, it was reported that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will visit Germany, Turkey, and Greece. Blinken, who will travel to Germany today to attend the Munich Security Conference, will hold talks on the Ukraine-Russia War, the earthquake in Turkey, and many important issues. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will visit Incirlik Air Base in Adana, Turkey, following the 7.7 and 7.6 magnitude earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş. From there, Blinken will travel to the capital Ankara and hold talks with Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and other Turkish officials to strengthen cooperation with Turkey, a NATO ally, as well as the earthquake support the US has provided to Turkey and the Turkish people. Blinken will also thank the Turkish government for its assistance to Syria, which suffered great damage from the earthquake.
