The auction for the sale of shares in HES Hacılar Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and Erciyes Çelik Halat Tel Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi was concluded due to the absence of suitable bids.

According to the announcement made by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF), the auction held on March 5, 2025, for the 100% shares of HES Hacılar Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi and the 25% shares of Erciyes Çelik Halat Tel Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, which were publicly announced for sale on December 17, 2024, and February 3, 2025, did not receive any compliant offers as per the auction specifications. The statement confirmed that the auction has been terminated.
