The interest-sensitive technology index has completely shifted its focus to tomorrow evening's FOMC minutes. As the markets will be looking for clues about the Fed's upcoming interest rate path, "hawkish" or "dovish" messages in the minutes will determine the weekly direction of the index. The manufacturing and services PMI data later in the week will also provide additional signals regarding the economic outlook.
