Approval from CMB for Simit Sarayı’s public offering
The Capital Markets Board announced in its weekly bulletin that Simit Sarayı (DMR Unlu Mamuller Üretim Gıda Toptan Perakende İhracat AŞ)'s public offering application was approved. According to the weekly bulletin of the Capital Markets Board (SPK), the board approved the public offering application of DMR Unlu Mamuller Üretim Gıda Toptan Perakende İhracat AŞ (Simit Sarayı). DMR Unlu Mamuller Üretim Gıda Toptan Perakende İhracat AŞ's public offering price was 10.24 TL. The board also approved Sanko Pazarlama İthalat İhracat's 45 million TL, Halk Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı's 75 million TL, and Vakıf Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı's 1 billion 232 million 500 thousand TL free capital increase application. The CMB approved the debt instrument issuance application of Doğan Trend Automotive Trade Service and Technology worth 900 million Turkish Lira, Türk Telekom's 5 billion Turkish Lira, MLP Health Services' 1.5 billion Turkish Lira, Smart Solar Energy Technologies Research Development Production Industry and Trade's 300 million Turkish Lira, Sefine Shipping and Shipyard Tourism Industry and Trade's 1 billion Turkish Lira, Garanti BBVA's 57 billion Turkish Lira, Türk Tuborg Beer and Malt Industry's 2.5 billion Turkish Lira, Pınar Integrated Meat and Flour Industry's 800 million Turkish Lira, Ünlü Securities' 600 million Turkish Lira, Turkish Export Credit Bank's 3 billion USD, Fiba Renewable Energy Holding's 200 million USD, Akbank's 4 billion USD, and Mersin International Port Operation's 516 million 925 thousand 706 USD. Administrative fine for one person The Board, as a result of the examination conducted regarding the transactions carried out in the GABAB call warrant market based on Garanti BBVA shares with a maturity date of July 31, 2023 between May 30, 2023 and June 1, 2023, decided to impose an administrative fine of 257 thousand 656.38 lira on 1 person. The CMB, which decided to file a criminal complaint with the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor about 8 people responsible for the transactions carried out in the Atlantis Yatırım Holding AŞ share market and the posts made on social media, ruled that a 2-year ban on trading in the Stock Exchange and other organized markets be imposed on the said persons and that the period during which the transaction was banned be deducted from the 2-year period for those persons who were banned from trading for 6 months pursuant to Article 6/3 of the Board's Communiqué on Measures numbered V-101.1 and with its decision dated August 26, 2022. The CMB decided to file a criminal complaint against 1 person for engaging in unauthorized capital market activities, and to cancel the "Capital Market Activities Level 3 License" and "Derivatives License" of the person in question for 5 years as of September 14, 2023. The Board also decided to take the necessary legal action to block access to 44 websites determined to be providing leveraged transactions abroad via the internet to persons resident in Turkey.
