Bitcoin broke the record by rising to $73,664. Thus, bitcoin broke the record for the 4th time in 6 days. Inflows to spot bitcoin ETFs triggered the rise in bitcoin. The world's largest cryptocurrency bitcoin rose to an all-time high of $73,664. According to Bloomberg's data, inflows to spot bitcoin ETFs reached $1 billion for the first time. The highest daily capital inflow was $849 million in Blackrock iShares Bitcoin Trust. Other cryptocurrencies also rose following bitcoin. Ether rose by 3.3 percent to $4,083, thus making the annual increase approximately 75 percent. Recently, there has been a rapid increase in Bitcoin following the approval of ETFs. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) had approved 11 different spot Bitcoin ETF applications on January 11.
