Union regulation Bilgin said that they are working on a new regulation that will pave the way for unionization in workplaces. Bilgin spoke on the subject as follows: "We will make a change in the business line regulations. In the current law, the employer creates the business line himself, we are removing this. We look at it according to the work done, we assign the business line according to which business line it falls into. The law gives us that authority. We will remove all obstacles to unionization."
