It was stated that the company's senior executives will go to Germany next year and meet with the government on issues such as facility and local supply chain capacity. It was stated that the final decision will be made after the meeting and that construction of the factory could begin in 2024. A TMSC spokesperson told FT that the factory could be in Dresden.
