The winner of the general elections in Greece was the New Democracy Party led by Prime Minister Mitsotakis. The Spartans Party, supported by former Golden Dawn MP Ilias Kasidiaris, who was not allowed to participate in the election by the Greek courts, entered parliament with 4.69 percent of the vote.
