QNB Finansbank secures syndicated loan
QNB Finansbank signed an agreement to provide a sustainability-related syndicated loan consisting of two tranches of $184.5 million and €253 million. Banks’ syndication efforts continue in Turkey. Finally, QNB Finansbank announced that it has provided a syndicated loan. According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform, QNB Finansbank signed an agreement with international financial institutions on November 22 to provide a sustainability-related syndicated loan consisting of two tranches of $184.5 million and €253 million. The total cost of the 367-day syndicated loan is Sofr+4.25 percent per annum for the dollar tranche and Euribor+4.00 percent for the euro tranche. The bank simultaneously announced that it has reached a bilateral agreement to provide Islamic financing of $100 million with an 18-month maturity.
