Polisan Holding has decided on a 397.7% bonus capital increase.

Foreks - Polisan (IS:POLHO) Holding has decided on a capital increase of 397.6633% to be fully funded from internal sources. According to the announcement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company will raise its issued capital from 758.5 million TL to 3 billion 774 million 776 thousand 170 TL, an increase of 3 billion 16 million 276 thousand 170 TL.

Although the company's existing registered capital ceiling is 1 billion TL, the capital increase will exceed this limit. Therefore, it has been resolved to utilize the provision of Article 6, Paragraph 6 of the Capital Markets Board's II-18.1 Registered Capital System Communiqué, allowing for a one-time increase in the registered capital ceiling. The entire increased capital will be covered by positive differences in capital adjustments in the financial statements, and the shares to be issued for the increased capital will be distributed free of charge to shareholders on the date of the increase.
