The transfer of Bursagaz and Kayserigaz to Aksa Natural Gas has been completed.

Foreks - Aksa Natural Gas has begun providing services in the Bursa and Kayseri distribution areas under SOCAR Turkey. Speaking about the completion of the acquisition and transfer processes, Aksa Natural Gas Chairman Yaşar Arslan stated, “We will continue to deliver natural gas to both cities in our operational network safely and uninterruptedly, adhering to our principle of high customer satisfaction.” With over 20 years of experience, Aksa Natural Gas strengthens its leadership position in the natural gas sector by acquiring distribution companies in Bursa and Kayseri.

Following the completion of the acquisition process with SOCAR Turkey, Aksa Natural Gas has become the largest natural gas distribution company in Turkey and ranks fourth among the largest natural gas distribution companies in Europe. Arslan highlighted the company’s expanded reach, now serving 29 provincial centers across 32 provinces, with a network extending 62,000 kilometers and a subscriber base of 7.3 million.
