Foreks - InvestCo Holding has decided to establish a new company named Investat US, Inc. in the United States.
In a statement made to KAP, the following information was provided: "During our Board of Directors meeting on March 28, 2025 (today), it was resolved to create a new company named Investat US, Inc. with an initial capital of $1,000,000, which will be a 100% subsidiary of our company, in line with our new investment objectives abroad in the United States."
