Akmerkez GYO's net cash dividend distribution of 12.64 TL per share has been approved at the General Assembly.

Foreks - Akmerkez GYO (IS:AKMGY) has approved a cash dividend distribution of net 12.64 TL per share from its 2024 profits at the General Assembly. The company provided the following information in a statement to KAP:

"The net profit for the 2024 fiscal year, as per the financial statements prepared in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué II-14.1, is 524,404,659.00 TL. According to the Tax Procedure Law, the net profit is 436,680,532.19 TL. From the 524,404,659.00 TL profit, it was decided not to allocate a 5% legal reserve as it has already reached 20% of the paid-in capital, and to distribute 1,863,200.00 TL as the first dividend to shareholders. The remaining profit of 394,625,760.00 TL will be allocated for the second dividend, totaling 396,488,960.00 TL for dividends."
