Ukraine has received the draft of the new mining agreement from the USA.

Ukrainian First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced that her country has received a new draft proposal for a rare earth and minerals agreement written by the United States. Svyrydenko indicated that the government's legal team is reviewing the document to find a consensus-based response. She noted that if necessary, consultations with Parliament will be held, emphasizing that any public discussion at this time would "only harm the negotiations and hinder constructive dialogue with our American partners."

This statement comes amidst negotiations regarding the content of the agreement anticipated as reimbursement for military aid Ukraine received from the U.S. during Russia's military operations, along with the necessary prerequisites for its signing.
