Foreks - A "no Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) required" decision has been made regarding OYAK Cement's Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant Capacity Increase Project.

According to the statement made on the website of the General Directorate of Environmental Impact Assessment, Permission, and Supervision, the following information was provided: "The PTD file submitted to our Ministry regarding the planned Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant Capacity Increase project by OYAK CEMENT FACTORIES A.Ş. NARDÜZÜ READY-MIXED CONCRETE PLANT, located at 3519 Ada 2 Parsel (formerly 604 Ada 2 Parsel) in Nardüzü Neighborhood, ARSUZ district, HATAY province, has been reviewed and evaluated. In accordance with Article 17 of the EIA Regulation, our Governorate has decided that an Environmental Impact Assessment is not required for the Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant Capacity Increase project."
