EİS Eczacıbaşı Pharmaceuticals will present a cash dividend distribution of 1.49 TL per share for General Assembly approval.

Foreks - EİS Eczacıbaşı İlaç (IS:ECILC) will propose the distribution of a cash dividend of 1.4884860 TL per share from its 2024 net profit for approval at the General Assembly. The company provided the following information in a statement to KAP:

"During our Board of Directors meeting on March 28, 2025, we reviewed the consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with the Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) for the accounting period of January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The net distributable profit attributable to the parent company is 1,023,611,000 TL, with donations included, the total is 1,023,699,408 TL. The net profit according to the Tax Procedure Law (VUK) is 1,280,114,220 TL after deducting previous year's commercial losses of 334,515 TL."
